1. Registration and user authentication
1.1. How to register and authorize a company?
To register online, click on the "Register" button in the upper right corner of the site. Fill in the registration form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
If your company is already registered on the site, after filling in the "Company Code" field, the site will automatically find your company and connect you to it. You will only need to fill in the user data.
After completing registration, a message will be sent to the telephone number provided during registration.The message will include data for authorization. If you do not receive the message within 15 minutes, please contact the site administrator.
If a new user provided your company name during registration, then all registered users of your company will receive a message to alert of the new user registering under your company. If he/she does not work for your company, click the "Not working" button, user access will be denied.

1.2. How to restore your password?
Click on "Login to the system" button in the upper right corner of the site. Under the "Login" button click "Restore password" In the field, enter e-mail and/or phone number provided during registration. Message will be sent via e-mail and/or sms with a password. If you have not received e-mail within 15 minutes, please contact the site administrator.

1.3. How to register a new user?
To register a new account, click "Register" in the upper right corner of the site. Fill in the registration form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. If your company is already registered, after filling field "Company Code" site will automatically find your company and join you to this company. You will only need to fill in data of a new user.

2. Management of user and company data
2.1. How to change user password?
To change user data, click on your name in the top right corner of the site and make changes under "User Data". After making your changes, click "Save".
2.2. How to change the user data and the company?
To edit user data and / or data of users company, click on his name in the top right corner of the site. To edit user data, open the tab "User Profile" to change company data - tab "Company Data". After making your changes, click "Save".
To make changes in:
- company name,
- TIN,
- first and last name of the user,
please contact the site administrator.
2.3. How to upload documents of the company?
To upload company documents, click on your name in the top right corner of the website, in "Company Data" click on "Upload document". In the window that appears, fill in the required fields and click on the icon "Attach a file" to select the file you would like to upload. The maximum file size is 3 MB. After selecting the file, click "Save".

2.4. Where to find invoices?
To see open invoices, click on your name in the top right corner of the site and go to the "Finance" tab. You can browse through the invoice archives, as well as the open invoices. To pay a bill, click on the "Pay" button. In the window that appears, select a payment method and click on "Pay" button.

2.5. Where can I find the statistics of sent SMS messages, paid advertisements, special placement proposals, Creditreform reports?
To view the report of sent SMS, the publication of paid ads and special placement offers, purchase reports Creditreform, click on your name in the top right corner of the site and go to the tab "Finance".

2.6. Where can I find ratings and reviews of my company?
To find out your ranking and reviews of your company, go to "Catalog" and find your company by name or company code. Then open information about the company, by clicking on the name of the company.

2.7. How to become a fee-paying customer?
To become a paid client, click on "Become a fee-paying customer". Select "Type of payment" and then click "Submit".
Choose the most convenient payment method and make a payment. After the payment is processed, your company will have access to paid services on the website.
3. The main functions of the site
3.1. General table of loads and transport.
General table of freights and transport displays all the countries that currently have best offers of freight and transport. Countries that have no suggestions are hidden at the bottom of the table under the "More countries" sction.
Click on the name of the country, to see what loads and transport are available in that region.
To find a load/transport in uncovered areas, place a checkmark in the areas you are interested in the columns "From" and/or "To" and click on "Find loads" or "Find trucks".
By using the filter you can set up a table, showing which countries to show and wich not to show in the general table of goods and transport. Click on the "Filter table" in the upper left corner of the site. In the window that appears, unselect the countries, which you do not want to see in the general table of loads and transport. Click "Save".

3.2. Forum
Quick Version is available on every page of the website. To access the full version online, click on the "All topics" or "Go to the forum".
To start a topic in a forum, click the "Create a topic". To write your answer in the thread, click the "Reply".
Topics that are most interesting and important to you, can be added to "Favorites". To add a topic to "Favorites", press "Favorites".
3.3. Chat
Chat can be found on every page. To send your chat message, enter your message in the field "Your message" and click on the arrow button.
You can also view archived messages by clicking the links "Last", "Today" or "3 days". To search for messages in the archive, enter a search phrase in the "Search".

3.4. Traffic at the borders
"Traffic at the border" table shows the latest information about the traffic at the border checkpoints.
If you have more recent information about the traffic, you can add it. To enter your information, click on the link "Complete Information", select the border crossing by clicking on the name of the transition. In the window that opens, fill in the form and click "Save".

3.5. Currency converter
Currency converter helps you quickly convert from one currency to another at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Lithuania for the current day.
To configure which currencies shown by default, and those that aren't, click on the "Plus" button. In the window that appears, put a check mark next to the currencies you would like to see right away, and unselect those currencies that you're not interested in.

4. Search and insert loads/transport offers
4.1. Search for available loads and/or transport.
To begin your search for available freight and/or transport, go to the "Loads" or "Trucks" in the top menu, click on the number of offers in the country you are interested in or select multiple countries/regions in the general table on the home page.
To access full filter for adjusting search terms, click on "Full Filter" tab above the table of offers.
After setting all the search parameters, click "Search". If the database has offers that correspond to your search criteria, the appropriate proposals will be shown in the form of a table. If the proposals are not found, try to extend the search conditions by changing the search criteria in the filter (radius, weight / volume, body type, etc.).
Country by a check mark. If the check mark is not set, the system will select all the offers in this radius, regardless of the country. In order to exclude proposals that are suitable for the radius, but from other countries, check the box next to the loading / unloading.
For example, if you set the loading point S10 Stockholm, Sweden, with the radius of 400 km and the check mark inside the country is not set, the system will select all of the proposals, within the 400 km radius from Stockholm, including offers from Finland, Estonia, and other countries. To see offers only from Sweden, check mark "inside the country" tab.
In order to avoid filling the search filter out each time, you can save your search as a template and use it next time. To save the template, mark checkbox "Save as template", write the name of the template, and then click "Find". To upload search, select desired template in the drop-down list "Load Template".
"You searched" field displays recent search terms. To repeat the search filter from history, click on icon "arrow", if necessary, modify your search and then click "Find".
New proposals that meet your search criteria and had just arrived in the database are added to the tab "New".
Archive offers. If the database has no offers that interest you at this time, you can see which companies offered loads and trucks in these areas before. To see a list of companies and number of proposals in the archive, click on the "Archive" icon at the corresponding point of loading or unloading.

4.2. Small filter
With the help of the small filter you can quickly adjust search parameters, changing intervals of weight and volume, radius search and quickly select proposals according to the type of body and load.
Radius - in which a given radius from the point of loading and/or unloading offers will be selected.
Corridor - the search is being conducted within a specific corridor, from the point of loading to the point of unloading. Corridor is used when you are interested in additional freight throughout the route. If you do not select the corridor, the search will be conducted strictly from point A to point B.

4.3. Actions on load/transport offers
You can manage offers in search for load/transport in "Notes and action" section:
- Do not show me: marked offers will no longer be shown in the table cargo / transport.
- Offer does not exist: if you contacted the company, but load/transport has no parameters or offers do not correspond to reality, mark it as "offer does not exist". Offers that received two similar marks from different users will be automatically deleted from the database. User rating will be lowered if user did not delete the post when it was no longer available or posted wrong offer.
- Favorite offers: to add the ads that you want to track to "Favorites", click on "Favorites".
- Remind after N minutes: if the selected offer requires some action after a while (for example, call back cargo owner in 10 minutes), you can set a reminder. After a specified time, you will receive a message with a reminder.
- Note to self: if necessary, leave a comment for the offer, which will be visible only to you.
- To offer a bet: to bid fon a freight click "bet offer", select and enter currency amount.
- Seen: to mark loads/transport offers as viewed, click on the "eye" icon.

4.4. Search freight / transport listings on a map
You can search for offers of freight and transport on a map.
To set the loading point, move your mouse to a point on the map, right click and click on the link "Place of loading" in the menu that appears.
After selecting the point of loading offers it will be shown on the map point of loading (small circle) to a big circle. You can change radius of the cirvle in a small filter.
To choose place of unloading, find your unloading location on the map, right-click and choose "unloading" from the menu.
Map will show places for loading and unloading, the radius of loading / unloading, corridor routes and number of listings found. To view information of the offer, place your mouse over figure in a circle.
The corridor follows the profile of a given route, the system picks up addtional offers within a given corridor. You can change the width of the corridor in a small filter. If you are not interested in the proposal change the width of the corridor to 0.
To see freight offers at a certain point of loading / unloading, move the cursor on the diamond at loading/unloading mark.
To change the route, move your mouse to the line of the route, green dot appears, click on it and move it to desired location.

4.5. Calculation of distance
To calculate the route, the cost of transport and freight cost, click on the button "Calculation of the distance". Fill in start and finish points of the route. You can also make an additional point of route "A". If you do not fill out the "A" string form, calculation will be made based on the best and shortest route.

4.6. Load publication
To publish freight offer, click "Add cargo" on the panel below main menu.
There are two ways of choosing a point of loading/unloading. In the "automatic" mode, enter the name of the city or region in "in" or "out." After making the 2nd letter is entered system will suggest a list of cities / regions selected from the database. You can write the name in both Latin and Russian alphabet.

If you can not find a specific region/city, switch application to the "manual"selection. Select the country of loading/unloading, then the list of regions and cities (in the presence of a list of cities) will pick the most suitable region/city.
If you can not find desired city in the list, you can choose the closest major city or region and the exact name of the point of loading/unloading point in the "Index" section.
If you want to add this city/region to the list, please contact the administrator.
If the loading and/or unloading is carried out in several places, you can add additional points of loading/unloading. To add additional points of loading and unloading, click on the "Plus" button.Database search is performed from the first (main) place of loading/unloading.

From: Moscow
Additional point of loading: Lyubertsy
In Warsaw
Additional point of unloading: Lodz.
Load Moscow -> Warsaw will be added to the database. Additional points of loading/unloading Lyubertsy and Lodz will be displayed in the loading/unloading section, information about the offer, but will not be counted when searching the database.
Loading date. Please note that the site displays only actual freight offers/transport, therefore you can only specify a specific loading date + maximum 2 days (excluding weekends). If you indicated a wrong loading date, click on the X at the top right corner of the calendar.
Type of freight. If you can not find an appropriate shipping name, select Other or Neutral on pallets and specify your type of freight for additional information.
To get information about a suitable cargo via e-mail or sms, click on a box. You can store the entered freight as a template. Check the box "Save as Template" and eneter the name of the template.
Click the "Add" button. Your offer will be added to the site.

4.7. Transport publication
To publish an offer of available transport, click on the link "Add Transport" in the panel under the main menu.
There are two ways of setting point of loading/unloading. When using "Automatic" mode, enter the name of the city or region in "in" or "out." After entering the 2nd letter the system will suggest a list of cities/regions selected from the database. You can write the name in both the Latin alphabet and Russian.
For example Москва, Maskwa, Moscow, Moskva, Москва
If you can not find a specific region/city, switch application to the "manual"selection. Select the country of loading/unloading, then the list of regions and cities (in the presence of a list of cities) will pick the most suitable region/city.
If you want to add this city/region to the list, please contact the administrator.
To enter two or more available trucks at the same time, click on the "Plus". If you select 2 "from" and 3 "To" - 6 independent transportations proposals will be added to.

6 offers of transport will be added to the database Vilnius - Warsaw, Vilnius - Tallinn, Vilnius - Riga, Moscow - Warsaw, Moscow - Tallinn, Moscow - Riga.
Loading date. Please note that website displays only actual freight offers/transport, therefore you can only specify a specific loading date + maximum 2 days (excluding weekends).
If you indicated a wrong loading date, click on the X in the top right corner of the calendar.
Select the body type of your car.
To get information about a suitable cargo via e-mail or sms, click on a box.
You can store the entered transport as a template. Check the box "Save as Template" and eneter the name of the template.
Click the "Add" button. Your offer will be added to the website.

4.8. I published a transpor offert S10 Stockholm, Sweden (+1000 km) -> Moscow reg. Russia (+ 5,000 km). Why do I have matching cargo from Lithuania to Estonia?
To receive only matching offers from countries of loading/unloading, click "Within country." If the box was not checked off (clicked), the search is set for a given radius - loading point within a radius of 1000 km from Stockholm, drop-off point - within a radius of 5000 km from Moscow.
4.9. My car is in D01 Dresden, Germany, but I can take loads from neighboring regions PL68, PL66, PL59, CZ40, CZ47 and others. How do I find the right freight offer?
To find offers within a specific radius, select pickup point D01 Dresden, Germany, and set search radius of 150 km. If you want to see offers only from neighboring regions of Germany, press "Within country."
5. My offers
5.1. Where can I manage my offers?
You can mannage your offers in "My Offers", which is located under the main menu section of the website. Also, the list of your current proposals is located on the page where you enter loads/transport, in the right side of the application form.

5.2. How to change the offer?
Click on "Edit", make your changes and click "Save".

5.3. How to stop the publication of the offer?
To pause publication of the offers, press "Pause". Parked offers stored in the database, but not displayed to other users of the website.
To restore the publication of the offer, click on «Play».

5.4. How to remove an offer?
To remove an offer from the database, click on the "Delete" button.
5.5. Where to look for matches to my offers?
After you have added your cargo / transport, the system automatically finds all matching offers on our website.
If the database receives a new offer, which matches your cargo/transport offer, the numbers next to "My offers" will turn orange.
To see matches, open "My offers". The number of matches is shown on the right side of the sentence. Numbers in orange show the amount of new matches, numbers in black - total number of matches for the offer. To expand the list of matches, click on the arrow.

5.6. Can other company managers park or delete my offers in my absence?
You can designate managers who can park or remove your offers if you are unable to do it yourself.
To select managers who will control your offers, click on your name in the top right corner of the website, go to the "Managers" tab and place a check mark next to the designated data manager's name.

6. Messages
6.1. What is "Messages"?
Website users can send messages to each other using instant messenger. You can find all of your messages and conversations, in the section "Messages", which is located under the main menu.
System messages will also come to "Messages":
- that your proposal does not exist,
- requests to add as a friend,
- your company's new managers requests,
- offer reminders,
- reports of unpaid bills.
To send a message to a user, click on the icon 39.2, write your message and click the "Arrow."
7. SMS messages
7.1. How to send an SMS message from the site?
To send a message, fill in one or more phone numbers in the "recipient's phone," type "your message" and press the "Arrow".
You can add numbers of your colleagues, partners, drivers, etc to the phone book. Click 40.1, enter contact information and save.
The archive displays SMS, sent during the day, week or month. In "the last SMS» displays the 10 most recent messages. To send a new message, tap on the phone number.

8. Wall
8.1. What does the Wall means?
Wall - a convenient tool for communication with the users that you added as your "Friends". The "Add Friend" function is very similar to functions of the modern social networks. It is a convenient way to monitor the best offers from the companies you trust and with whom you have a good business relationship with.
Partners - are the companies where your "friends" work.

8.2. How to add a manager to "Friends"?
To add a manager to friends, click on the name of the company, go to the tab "Manager", find the user you want to add to friends and click on the icon "Add".
An invitation will be sent to this manager. You can see invitations from other users in your messages. Only you can see a list of your partners.

8.3. How to remove a manager from "Friends" list?
In the list of partners find a company that employs the manager you want to remove from your friends list. Click on the icon with a cross. The manager will be removed from your list.

8.4. What messages are displayed on my wall?
Wall automatically displays:
- your suggestions for cargo and trucks,
- offers of load and trucks from your friends,
- messages that your friends write on their wall,
- messages that you wrote on your wall.
Your messages on the wall only visible to your friends.
8.5. How to write a message on the wall?
pTo write a message on the wall, click on the "Message on the wall".
If the system recognizes the message as a cargo/transport, your offer cargo/transport will be added to the database after 15 minutes.
You can immediately add cargo/transport to the database. To do this, click "Publish offer". You can also set the time after which your truck/load will be published in the database. To change the time, click on the timer and set the desired time. If you dont want to publish the proposal in a shared database, uncheck the timer.
To edit or delete proposals on the wall, click on "Edit" or "Delete".
To comment on a message on the wall, click the "Comment" icon.
8.6. Can I configure who I want to get messages from?
To select the types of messages you want to see from your friends, use the settings of the wall. To do this, click on the user name and click on appropriate boxes.

9. Catalog
9.1. How to find a company in the directory?
To find a company you are interested in, go to "Directory" in the top menu, fill in your company and/or manager info, of the company you wish to find and then click "Find".
9.2. What does Company Rating means?
Company rating - an assessment of the reliability and solvency of the company. Grade is based on the information relating to the timeliness of payments, including website's services, company’s experience, length of service on our website, participation in system Cargo.Garant, provision companies documents, transactions online, reviews.
9.3. Where can I find company ratings?
To see the rating of the company, open company information, by clicking on the name of the company (in the directory, in the pages of search cargo / transport, etc.).
To see what the rating consists of, click on the "Chart rankings."
9.4. How to leave feedback on your experience with the firm?
To leave a review on cooperation with the company, click on the name of the company and go to the tab "Comments".
Select the type of comment and click the link "Add a review". In the window that opens write your review, if necessary, download the files confirming your feedback. Click "Save".

9.5. How to remove a review about rating of the company?
To delete your review in the rankings, locate the company (for example, in the "Directory"). Go to the tab "Reviews" find your review and click "Delete".

10. Related companies
10.1. What does "Related Companies" stands for?
Disclosure of related companies, allows the user to evaluate the threats and opportunities of cooperation with this or that company, and make the right choice.
Related companies are considered to be firms that match:
- evidence of staff, management and owners of companies;
- contact and address information of the company and/or owners and management of the companies;
- connecting company to the website.
10.2. How to enter information to related Company?
To enter info on related company, locate the company (for example, in the "Directory"), go to the tab "Related companies" in the company information and press the button "Add company". Enter the name or code of the company in the field, from the list select desired company and click "Add" button.
If desired company is not listed, select "not a client of the site", fill in the data about the company and press the "Add" button.
11. Unscrupulous drivers
11.1. What is the list of dishonest drivers?
Drivers who cannot responsibly carry out their work can be added to the list of dishonest drivers.
11.2. How to add information about dishonest drivers to the list?
To add drivers to the list, go to the "Catalog" -> "Drivers". First, you have to make sure that information on this driver is not yet listed. In the search box write the name or surname of the driver, and then click "Find".
If you can not find driver that interests you, then click on "Add information". If the information on driver is already listed, click on the link "Add a comment".
In an open window, fill in the fields and write your own review. You can also upload documents confirming your feedback. Put a check mark that you agree with the terms of information publication in the "black list" and click "Save".

12. Unpaid bills
12.1. What is unpaid bills?
If any company does not pay the bill for your services, you can add information about unpaid bills. Information about the unpaid bill may be made only by a premium website customer. For unpaid bills the debtor receives negative points in their rating.
12.2. How to report an unpaid bill?
To report an unpaid bill of the company, find a company (for example, in the "Directory") and click on "Submit an unpaid bill".
In the window that opens, fill in the data about the unpaid bill. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. You should also upload the documents proving your claim. After filling out the form and uploading the documents, click "Save".

12.3. Where can I see the current unpaid bills my company?
To see current unpaid bills of the firm, as well as to enter information on a payment or to file a dispute, click on "Unpaid bills" in the menu of the site.

12.4. How to report the payment of unpaid bill?
To enter information about payment, click on the "Unpaid" account and click the "Pay" button next to the unpaid bill. Fill in the details of payment and click "Save". Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

12.5. How to put a claim on an unpaid bill?
If you do not agree with the invoice, you can appeal an unpaid bill. In order to file a claim for unpaid account, click on "Unpaid bills" and press "Dispute". Fill out the form fields in the dialog box and click "Save". Information about the claim will be sent to the website administrator.

12.6. What are the penalties for unjustified unpaid bills claims?
In case of repeated unjustified unpaid bills claims, dispute option will be disabled.
12.7. Where can I see all of the claims?
To see all of your claims, click on your name in the upper right corner and select the "My Claims".

12.8. How to change my claim?
To change the claim, click on your name in the top right corner of the site and go to the tab "My Claims", and then click on the icon "Edit".

12.9. A debtor (company) paid the bill. Can I add information that bill is payed?
To add information about paid bill, click on your name in the top right corner of the site and go to the tab ?"My claims". Click on the "Pay" button, fill in payment information and click "Save".

12.10. How to apply for debt collection?
When adding information about an unpaid bill, you can request
"Debt Collection" from the debtor company. Debt collection services provided to premium clients only.

12.11. How does "Unpaid bills"works?
After adding information about unpaid bill, the company has 5 days to repay or to dispute the claim. If within 5 days the debtor company did not respond to the claim, the company is charged negative points in the rating of 0.1% of the debt. Every 10 days, the negative points are increased by 33%.
After payment of the debt remaining 10% of the accumulated negative points stay in the companies rating. Six months after paying the debt, penalties are reduced by 2 times, and a year later - become 0.
For example, the company filed a claim in the amount of 2,000 euros. If, after 5 days there is no payment or unjustified protest is filed, the debtor company will be awarded 2 points in negative ratings. After 10 days, for the same unpaid bill the ranking of companies becomes -2.66 points. After paying off the invoice the ranking will be -0.26 points, half a year later - 0.13, a year later - 0.
